How do I get involved?
If you’re looking to inspire the next generation of digital talent but not sure where to start, below are five ways to get involved in BIMA’s young talent initiative Digital Day.
Sign up to take part in Digital Day
We’re asking agencies and schools to sign up for Digital Day on 14 November 2017. The day seeks to educate students on the wide range of careers available in the industry and get hands on with challenges from some awesome brands. What’s more, the day is completely free to take part and BIMA provides you with all the assets and materials you need to make it a success!
Be a regional representative
We’re looking for some pretty cool people to represent BIMA and Digital Day in your area! We realise that local knowledge is key and you probably already know tonnes of schools and agencies within your local area dying to take part in an initiative such as this. If that’s the case, we would love to hear from you as we are looking for representatives in areas across the UK to help recruit schools and agencies and be a point of contact for the cool things going on where you live! If you feel like you might make a bigger impact by reaching out to your networks of either schools/teachers or digital professionals/agencies, then we would love you to give a big shout out about Digital Day. We’re looking to grow digital day year on year, so we need help in reaching out particularly to schools/teachers to raise awareness of this one of a kind iniatiative! We would love to re-pay the favour, so if there’s anything you’re promoting then do let us know and we can get something out for you! Sounds interesting? Donate a cool prize
Although taking part in Digital Day is a no-brainer, sometimes the cool prizes are a clincher for schools taking part. If students win one of the sponsored challenges, they could be in with the chance to win £500 for the school plus a host of cool prizes. We’re always looking to up the ante so if you have a prize that will make the students work 100x harder to win, then we would love to add it to our swag bag.

We’re always looking for awesome companies to sponsor a challenge for our students.
